15 Minute Paleo Pancakes

paleo-pancakesThis recipe has recently been my GO-TO for either breakfast or pre/post-workout fuel. It’s so delicious and you can mix it up and add things or take things out to fit your craving.

 

The recipe as a whole has about 3-4 ingredients and take about 15 minutes TOPS to prepare and cook!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana

1/4tsp of baking powder

1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

2 eggs

TO MAKE:

Blend together until completely smooth

Pour onto non-stick pan (i recommend throwing a tablespoon of olive oil or spraying the pan before-hand)

Cook, and enjoy!

Topped on these babies are pecans, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and Trader Joe’s all natural maple syrup! You can also add things like strawberries or chocolate chips if you have a sweet tooth.
